3. Swap your set

When you're ready to size up, UpChoose sends the next set. You always receive the next set first and return the previous set in the provided mailer. Shipping is always free.

When should I sign up?

Expecting parents usually sign up a few weeks or even months in advance. You won’t be charged anything when you sign up, but you’ll save your spot in our schedule and have one less thing to worry about! You’ll also have access to membership benefits for free, like our Concierge service and referral program. As the date gets closer, you can always make changes and add preferences for your first set.

When should I schedule the first box?

We recommend setting delivery for your first set for at least 10 days prior to your due date. You can schedule it now for free, we only start charging you when we're ready to ship your first set.

How often do I swap sets?

UpChoose works by size. For a monthly fee, you get to use a set of organic baby clothes in the size you need and can swap them for the next size up when you're ready. By default, your next set is scheduled in three months but you can easily reschedule it from your Timeline if you need it sooner.

What size should I pick? Do you include Newborn items in the first box?

We recommend starting with the 0-3m set and we can include a few newborn items in the first set if you would like.

What if my baby grows faster than expected?

It’s hard to predict how fast a baby will grow. This is why UpChoose works by stage of growth and gives you full flexibility. You can size up anytime, whether it is after a few weeks or a few months!

What if items get stained or damaged?

Your monthly fee includes insurance so you are never charged extra for stains and damages.

What brands do I receive?

We curate adorable outfits from premium organic cotton brands like Under The Nile, Finn + Emma, Kate Quinn Organics, Colored Organics, Burt's Bees Baby, L'ovedbaby, Hanna Andersson, Monica & Andy, and more.

Can I customize a box?

Yes, you can select your preferred options in our quiz and add any preferences at checkout.

What makes organic fabric better for newborns and babies?

It is free of harmful chemicals often found in non-organic clothing. Babies have more sensitive skin than adults.

What if the clothes I receive don't work well for me?

We won't know for sure what works best for your little one before trying the first set. With UpChoose, you get to try and learn quickly without having to purchase expensive clothes to find out. You'll be able to easily submit feedback in your Timeline. It's important we get these learnings as early as possible so we can start improving your selection.

Can I add UpChoose to my registry?

Yes, you can create your personal UpChoose page at upchoose.com/registry and you can also add it to your main registry (like Babylist or Amazon).
