What to expect before your first organic baby clothes bundle

Do this now so you don't have to worry about it later:
Add hello@upchoose.com to your contacts to ensure you receive our emails in your inbox and not in spam. If you use Gmail, open one of our emails, hover over our name at the top, and click "Add to Contacts".
Save this number in your phone under "UpChoose Concierge": (415) 650-4553. You can text this number to get support faster.
Your Timeline
The most important page is your Timeline. This is where you can view and manage your subscription. You can view your sets, confirm or reschedule swap dates, submit feedback, and add preferences.
Right now, it should say "Scheduled" under your first set. When we get closer to your delivery date, it will say "In preparation".
